A typical day
The group will leave hotel around 10 am after breakfast for day's excursion. Lunch on the road in trattorie, pizzerie, restaurants selected by Chef Walter. Afternoon dedicated to visit locations of gastronomic interest with tastings and degustations (included in the price). Return to hotel at approximately 4 pm or later. Break. Evenenig on your own. You can decide to have dinner at hotel with exquisite local cuisine, or opt for a brief travel to other nearby towns and cities. The travel in the eveng hours is not included. However a taxi fare is optional at very comfortable pricing. Return to hotel at any time, and the day after we'll do it all over again. Our schedules are highly flexible, and may be modified according to necessity and preference.

Land package only / Guests must leave on Sunday April 15th (overnight flight)
We will meet the guests at lobby of Leonardo Da Vinci Airport in Rome Italy, with scheduled departure for final destination to Villa Susanna degli Ulivi at approximately 11 AM. Most flights get in to Rome from the USA by 10 AM. Travel time to destination 2 - 1/2 hours.

- Optional single supplements – this tour has a limited number of private rooms for solo travelers for an additional fee of $ 425.

PAYMENT
A $550 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation for tour at time of reservation.
You can pay by credit cards AE-Visa- MC or check.
Payment in full is required at least 90 days prior to departure.
REFUNDS
In the event that we must cancel a trip, you will be given a full refund of all deposits and payments. We do not give refunds of deposits or final payments for tours that commence as scheduled, including for unused portions of the tour. We do give credit for cancellations as noted below.
Cancellation policy
In the event you cancel your tour for any reason, we allow credit for payments (but not the non-refundable deposit) in the following way:
· 100% credit for future tours given with 90 days notice.
· 60% credit for future tours given with notice of 60 to 89 days.
· 30% credit for future tours given with notice of 30 to 59 days.
· No credit given for cancellation less than 30 days prior to start date of the tour.
· All cancellation credits are good for one year from the start date of the originally scheduled tour.
